Sunderland are pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Craig @freeriderau as their manager ahead of the new season.

They would firstly like to thank @Nocky for his hard work while caretaking the team and getting them ready for the season ahead.

Ryan now takes charge with immediate effect and will be looking to push them for promotion over the coming season.

We would like to wish Ryan well in his quest with Sunderland.
