This item will allow you to increase the rating on a promoted U23 player by 1 on the Main Skill.
RULES OF USE
1) You May Only Use This On A Player Who Has Been Promoted To Your Senior Team And Is In The Senior Roster
2) The Player MUST BE rated 21 on an Outfield Player or 25 on A Goalkeeper and aged 23 or less.
3) CHOOSE TO
a) INCREASE That players Main Rating By 2 from 21 to 23 (25 to 27 on Keeper) and this would cost 2 of your 3 allowed per season at 12,000,000 Credits
or
b) INCREASE that players Main Rating By 1 from 21 to 23 (25 to 26 on Keeper) and this would cost 1 of your 3 allowed per season at 6,000,0000 Credits
4) The Maximum abs on allowed with that rating when increased is 300. This means the increased player will be either 23 300 or 22 300
For Example A_Player 21 eng 1 2 21 12 22 300 459 632 277 would become 21 eng 1 2 23 12 22 300 459 300 277 or 21 eng 1 2 22 12 22 300 459 300 277
5) It means in a season you may increase one 21 rater to 23 and one 21 rater to 22 or you may increase three 21 raters to 22.
6) Any unused in a season DO NOT carry forward to new seasons.
