Coventry City 0 - 1 West Bromwich Albion

Can't get a tune out of this lot at the moment, and losing at home to a random teamsheet is very frustrating. I had hoped managing Coventry would inspire me a bit, and increase my investment in the game, but unfortunately it's having the complete opposite and it is making me more frustrated.

We were the better side on paper, but they had more chances and more importantly they converted one of them. It's only the first leg, but I do feel my time at Coventry so far has been very disappointing.

Darlington 0 Spurs 5

Absolute joke and waste of time. We are worlds apart from them and their 27 rated mid, our best is a 20 and their 25 forward and so on. We aren't even come close and quite frankly I dont understand why national league are even in the league cup @Fenris. The senior teams are world's apart and it's like u23s trying to compete. They should have their own comp imo.

Leicester City 4 - 1 Dagenham and Redbridge

" A gulf in class more like a canyon"

Leicester City powered into the next round with still another leg to play, with a dominant 4-1 victory over Dagenham and Redbridge. Despite a bright start, Leicester fell behind on 25 minutes through G_Marsh’s fortunate effort. The hosts responded strongly, with S_Ingelsson levelling before the break after relentless pressure. The second half was one-way traffic as C_Aucellia’s close-range finish gave Leicester the lead, before D_Huijsen added a third with a composed rebound. Substitute J_Hato capped the scoring with a fine strike. Goalkeeper B_Nightingale kept the score respectable with numerous saves, but Leicester’s attacking quality ultimately proved far too much.
