Chelsea U23 0 - 1 West Ham United U23
West Ham United U23 secured 1-0 victory over Chelsea U23 in a competitive YDL Division Two clash. The decisive moment came in the 36th minute when G. Antwi unfortunately turned the ball into his own net under pressure, handing West Ham the lead. Chelsea responded well and created several chances, with Washington and Arthur both going close, but were denied by a solid defensive display and composed goalkeeping from F. Herrick. West Ham controlled possession for long spells and looked dangerous on the break, with C. Brooks earning Man of the Match. Hammers reserves move up to third place, 2 points behind leaders Leeds.
