Next we will go to the strikers available of which there were two.
Joao_Pedro is up first and was one of the most popular in this round getting three bids.
First bid came in from Brighton at £71,250,000 but it would not be enough. That was beaten by Arsenal who bid £92,500,000 and again that turned out to be short of the winning bid which turned out to be £165,000,000 which came in from Manchester City.

Brighton then had missed out on their 1st choice then but stuck with strikers for their second bid going for B_Johnson and bid £61,250,000. This however was not enough as Johnson had two bids. The second bid was £100,000.000 and a first choice winning bid from Brentford @stocko74
All strikers then have now been sold in rounds 1 and two.
Brighton having lost out on both strikers used their third bid on a defender.
This time it was the only bid and so their 3rd choice bid was a £56,250,000 but took the player @willz121
Back to midfielders now and we mover to the other popular player this round who was B_Guimaraes.
Having lost out with their first choice bid on a striker Arsenal moved to the midfielder bidding ££67,500,000. Again though this would not be enough. They were beaten in the first instance by Manchester United who put in a first bid of £103,00,000. Theirs though was not enough either as the winning bid was £158,000,000 which came in from Southampton.
Losing their first choice Manchester United stayed with midfielders and moved to L_Paqueta.
This time they bid £101,000,000 and it was enough for @Burrows to take him.
That is also all the midfielders sold this round leaving R_Bentancur and M_Nunes to go to round 3.
So that just leaves one player left to be sold this round and that was defender D_Udogie.
He received two bids.
Arsenal having missed out on their first two choices went with their third bid for him and bid £62,500,000. Unfortunately for @Jamma it wasn't enough again and Arsenal will be able to bid in round three.
The winning bid for him turned out to be £125,500,000 and that came in from Norwich City.
