Aston Villa vs Derby County

Here we go then - one more game to try and take the title. If we can get a home win over Derby we will be crowned Champions once again and become the first side to retain the title since Liverpool completed the three-peat back in season 14. That would be one hell of an achievement but we aren't there yet. A draw would also likely be enough as long as Bournemouth don't win at Everton as that'd mean Arsenal would have to win by four or Liverpool by six in the game at Anfield. A loss in all likelihood would see us slip up unless that game at Anfield ends in a draw and, again, Bournemouth fail to win.

So, in theory, the simplest course of action is for us to win the game but Derby have a good manager and are fighting for survival at the bottom so won't just roll over and make it easy for us. Plus - we haven't won in four matches now and lost our last two at home against Miami and Liverpool. But we have only lost three games at home all season and hopefully we can make it fortress Villa Park one more time.

Derby had a cup game in week so fitness isn't as good as it could be so that helps us too. We have the entire squad 100% fit so can pick from the whole roster which is a huge boost.

We drew 0-0 at Pride Park earlier in the season but won the same fixture 5-0 last season! Another of those would be extremely pleasing for the fans!!!

It's been a great season and we're guaranteed to finish top three for the fourth season in a row - no side has managed that since that dominant Liverpool side who did five from season 12 to 16. So that's an achievement in itself but we would love to make history and retain. Fingers crossed we can - it's in our hands!

Everton - Bournemouth

This is a huge game and personally think its too much for us to have a shot at the title, Everton have a great manager and being at home i think the draw last round against Villa ended all hope but i will keep my fingers crossed the ESMS gods are on our side tonight. Ideally we need to win just to secure 2nd in the table as it would be a shame to drop down the league with it being so tight.

Good Luck everyone
