Dagenham and Redbridge - Sunderland U23s
Well I don't love a win and in regardless of the type of sport and I definitely don't love a win and in directly after an extra time game where we let them back in far too easily. This is one where we'll be on the front foot and try to get into an early lead to then manage the game state and tempo. We may need to rotate a little and start the guys that can give us the full 90 minutes effort. But trying to get out of the group is our minimum target so let's just go out and get that done tonight.

Leamington Spa - Wolves U23s
Group game six in the national league cup finds us against Leamington of the national league, We've got a new player quinn arriving from Bournemouth however it's doubtful he'll arrive until next week due to paperwork so we'll most lightly be going with what we've currently got. I am very proud of the players so far in all competitions with the performances they've had. Quinn our young player coming in will lightly replace Jones in the squad given his young age and rating.

Solihull Moors - Crystal Palace U23s
Our next game is against Cristal Palace u23s. They are a good side so this won't be an easy game. Cristal Palace have a reputation for producing good youngsters. If we can continue producing some decent performances I am convinced we can make progress. If we are able to continue playing decent football then hopefully we can achieve some positive results.

Hartlepool - QPR U23s
Main thing here is this is a good opportunity to get back into some form as we are sputtering a bit after a blinding start to the season. Keeping it simple and getting back to what we do best is probably the way forward. QPR have been eliminated for a few weeks now so whilst I expect they'll try to win some pride we should be enough to get the result we want at home.

Darlington - Bournemouth U23s
We are in fitness trouble for this one and needing Sunderland to drop points so a defensive game and hoping for a bit of luck to see if we can make the knockout rounds

Leamington Spa - Wolves U23s
So our next game is away at Leamington in the cup, in the league so far our season is going very well and I could not be prouder of the players. It would be great if we could continue this good form in the cup as the further we can get in a compitition the better chance we have of winning something. The players have been amazing so far this season and so far I can't fault their performance and willigness to remain committed to the team and our cause.

Solihull Moors - Crystal Palace U23s
SO we pit our wits against another u23 side and it's one that have a good reputation for producing good youth players Cristal Paliss. We've found some form in recent games however it's still not enough as we're not really scoring a lot of goals still even thoe in recent games we've found we have got goals in us. All we can do is our best and as long as that happens that's all I can ask.
