Right firstly you have 2 over rated players in your U23 squad
J_Porter 17 eng 24 2 2 1 20 608 300 300 300 and A_Denny 22 eng 2 2 20 4 17 - both these players are over rated by 1 which uses your 2 allowed.
So yes if you take Porter to 25 and want him to stay in u23 you will need an extra slot purchase.
