Change position on any outfield U23 player rated 18 or below. If switch defender or striker to mid you can choose AM or DM with the higher secondary. If you switch mid or striker to defender then higher stat will become the passing one and if you go def or mid to striker the again the higher secondary stat will become the passing stat.

It isn't worth it Neil.
All u23 players rated 15 or less are worthless and getting removed come the end of the season. If you think he will reach 16 by then it might be worth doing.
