Wolverhampton U23 - Manchester City U23

After a fantastic win in our last game against a very good Liverpool side we now face Manchester city another very good u23 side. Again this will not be an easy game to get a result in and will require hard work again from our players. I could not fault them in the last match as they did what was needed and shown we've got goals in our team. We have the chance to have another good season and I have faith that this new luck side can continue the success of last season, it will however take hard work and determination as other teams will have also improved. Manchester city like us have a good academy of players to choose from so this will be a tough game however we need to concentrate on our game and hopefully everything else will come together.

Sunderland U23 - Aston Villa U23

Didn't Villa U23s win everything that there is to be won last season? From old foes to new rivals. Nocky is a wily character, and we'll need to be at our absolute best to get something out of this.

Never easy to play Liverpool but will give it 100% here.

Bournemouth U23 - Newcastle United U23

Not sure where the missed sheet in the first round came from that cost us the chance of the win so now we have to rotate to avoid fitness concern from no subs and see if we can get our first win in front of the home crowd here
