Brighton 3-0 Wolves.

After working hard to get ourselves out of the relegation zone we then end up losing to Brighton. They were the better team and fully deserved the win. While we did play some ok football we did not create enough chances and they were clinical. If it were not for a great performance by our keeper and defense it would have been more. Thankfully we're still only one point behind 9th place so it's vital that we play well in the last eight games.

Sunderland 0 - 3 Arsenal

Sunderland fell to another heavy defeat at home to Arsenal, the result made that much worse by losing Estevao to an injury pretty much immediately after kickoff. He is expected to miss at least a week whilst the medics get a handle on the severity of the soft tissue injury. Compounding things, Paqueta was dismissed for his second yellow on just 50 minutes, cutting off any chance of the Black Cats getting even a consolation goal. The win keeps the Gunners in the three way race between them, Aston Villa and Liverpool for the Super League title whilst it puts Sunderland back down around the relegation zone as Brentford, Wolves and the Stadium of Light enjoyers scrabble for points at the other end of the table.
