Newcastle United U23 - Wolverhampton U23
A tough job for us over this last 3 games, it would be lovely to end my time at this club having kept them up however it's going to be tough. We will however stay committed to the end and we'll do our best to ensure that we're a top devision club for whoever takes over next season. Can't fault the players, they've worked hard all season. It proves however nothing is certain in football and fortunes for teams can turn easily. The players know how ke these next 3 games are and will be giving it there all.

We are starting to crest over the big wave that is the bottom two thirds of the division and it's possible that a win here might see us get away from the whirlpool that is most of the teams being separated from each other by no more than five points from like 5th to 12th, or something silly like that. It has widened up since the last time I looked at the U23 Super League table, but I don't feel truly comfortable yet. Everton find themselves in a similar spot, two points behind us. Can see both sides cancelling each other out for a draw - and away to Everton that probably isn't the worst result.
