Uxbridge 4-0 Solihull moors.
Bad loss for us today, the better team won this one. We need to forget this now and move onto the next game. We did not really create many chances which was upsetting given how well we played in the first game. The players are going to have to forget about this result now and move onto the next match. It's a young side and they'll learn a lot from this. If the players show commitment that's all I ask.

Re: NL Round 2 - Reaction
Dagenham and Redbridge 3–2 Darlington
Dagenham and Redbridge edged a thrilling contest at Victoria Road, holding off a spirited Darlington fightback to take all three points.
The game exploded into life inside the opening ten minutes. The Daggers struck first when Stephenson pounced on a corner to finish neatly but Darlington hit back instantly as Tom Allan powered in a header seconds later. Almost immediately, the Daggers restored their lead Wilson showing composure to slot home capping a frantic opening spell.
After the break, Dagenham stretched their advantage. Substitute Andy Carroll was brought down in the box by Jameson, leaving Stephenson to calmly convert the penalty for his second of the night. That goal proved vital, as Conor Main gave the visitors hope with a clinical finish just five minutes later .
Darlington pressed hard in the closing stages, Allan and Main both going close, but Sam Howes stood tall in the home goal to deny them. Dagenham’s defence, reshaped after a series of substitutions, held firm under late pressure to seal the win.

Re: NL Round 2 - Reaction
Bromsgrove Sporting 1-2 Leamington
We were well beaten here by Will in what has been our third defeat in a row. We are in fact yet to win within 90 minutes this season!
When I saw C vs C and that we were at home with the more aggressive tactic I fancied us for the result but, in fairness, we were battered and Will's team deserved the win. Bottom of the league with zero points and defeat first up in the cup. This is going to be more difficult than I thought!
