Leicester_City - Bournemouth

With the youth taking a dip in form in there last league game im hoping the same doesnt happen in this fixture for the seniors, we moved up to second last round and im pleased with the form but the league is still very tight in these early stages so all points on the board are key to how we build for the rest of the season. The team news is good with everyone ready to play just the usual rotation required at the moment.

Everton v Brentford

Currently we are doing ok and sitting third after a difficult away draw at Brighton. We now return to a home match against Brentford in 8th position.
We will need to treat this like any other match and expect a hard fought match and if we want to win we need to be good. We do though have one slight bonus in that it was our bye week in the club World Trophy so the squad is all back to full fitness and no injuries or suspensions. Brentford look a good side but on paper we are perhaps slightly stronger especially in the forward line but ultimately it comes down to converting chances and even the best miss.

Arsenal vs Aston Villa

We go away to the runaway leaders who haven't lost or even conceded a goal in this year's competition. They don't have the best squad in the league on paper but the manager is doing something right to have had such a sparkling run of form in the first six games. He has also had the better of me in some recent ESMS encounters so we know this is going to be a tricky one.

Our mixed form has continued with a poor result in the Club World Cup on the weekend as we struggle to get a run of wins going. Last time we lost we bounced back well in the next game and it'll take all our experience to do so again here.

Both sides have full squads to pick from and it'll just be rotating for fitness from both managers. We need a win to try and close the gap to them at the top - we could be just a point behind them if we can pick up the win so there is a lot to play for on our side. Hopefully we can find enough to get the three points. A draw wouldn't be a complete disaster but a loss could almost put us out of the race already!
