This item will allow you to increase the rating on a promoted U23 player by 1 on the Main Skill.
RULES OF USE
1) You May Only Use This On A Player Who Has Been Promoted To Your Senior Team And Is In The Senior Roster
2) The Player MUST BE rated 20 on an Outfield Player or 24 on A Goalkeeper and aged 23 or less.
3) You Can Then Either
a) INRCEASE That players Main Rating By 2 from 20 to 22 (24 to 26 on Keeper) and this would cost 2 of your 3 allowed per season at 12,000,000 Credits
or
b) INCREASE that players Main Rating By 1 from 20 to 21 (24 to 25 on Keeper) and this would cost 1 of your 3 allowed per season at 6,000,0000 Credits
4) The Maximum abs on allowed with that rating when increased is 300. This means the increased player will be either 22 and 300 or 21 300
For Example A_Player 21 eng 1 2 20 12 22 300 459 632 277 would become 21 eng 1 2 22 12 22 300 459 300 277 or 21 eng 1 2 21 12 22 300 459 300 277
5) It means in a season you may increase one 20 rater to 22 and one 20 rater to 21 or you may increase three 20 raters to 21.
6) Any unused in a season DO NOT carry forward to new seasons.
