1st match of the season and its a cup game last season my youths were crap and so i am hoping for a much better season i havnt brought anyone new in just to financies so i have to go with the same team that i had last season and hopefully we can get off to a good start

Crystal_Palace_U23s v Everton_U23s

Tricky away fixture for opener in the cup.
They have a strong front line we will need to be wary of and so if we want anything from this one it will have to be hard won.
We will see how it goes

West Ham U23s vs Aston Villa U23s

We start the season against the side that finished 4th last time around so never an easy game although we were 22 points clear of them and managed to beat the home and away. On paper, with the quality of the squads, this is one we should walk but football doesn't work like that.

With Liverpool lurking in the group as well, we can't afford to be dropping any points but we have a very strong U23 side and certainly will be hoping to take the W in this one. There's another juicy battle brewing between us and the Reds - hopefully we can come out on top again

H v Derby

No idea what to expect, hoping to come away with the win though.
