Reduction In Teams

In view of the their having been a number of unmanaged teams over the course of the season we have decided we will reduce team numbers.
For next season we will reduce the leagues to 12 in each so 2 teams will be removed from Division One.
This means that for Season 20 there will be two leagues of 12 teams in each.
The three promoted and relegated will remain as it currently is for next season.
