Re: U23 Division Cup - Round 1 Reports
West Ham United U23 produced an excellent second half turnaround to defeat Tottenham Hotspur U23 3-1 in the FMFA U23 Divisional Cup on Thursday night. Spurs started the stronger and took an early lead when Eoin Lehane finished clinically after just six minutes. West Ham struggled for rhythm early on and wasted a big chance through Wooster, while Herrick made vital saves to keep them in the tie. After half time West Ham were transformed, pressing more aggressively, moving the ball quicker and dominating possession. The equaliser arrived on 60 minutes as Golding struck superbly, before Man of the Match Wooster completed the swift comeback sixty seconds later with a quality finish. Tottenham pushed for a response but Herrick remained solid and West Ham were always dangerous on the counter. Substitute Orford sealed the win with a brilliant driven strike on 80 minutes to secure an impressive comeback victory.

Re: U23 Division Cup - Round 1 Reports
Sunderland U23 1 - 0 Coventry U23
Did the business here by controlling the ball and starving George who is probably the best striker in the youth leagues and has a bright future in the game.
Moore took his goal well and Ryan Nolan kept it tidy at the back when called upon. Matadeen got his first minutes in the team so look all around I'm pretty happy with the performance.
