A great result for the lads in this one, another win which is really positive for us. Although it was only by a single goal a win is a win and however we get it is good. Our fringe players all gave good accounts of themselves especially Johnson who has a chance of obtaining more game time after that performance and with young Quinn coming in next week the future for the youth team is looking bright. Hopefully next season we'll have two good young goalkeepers for the first team and can think about celling Patterson on to get some money for a good youth keeper although keeping Norgatte down as long as possible is my prefered option as he's a talented goalkeeper and if we stay up we'll need to think about options in that position if Weiss does not settle and Patterson turns out not to be good enough. However he's goalkeeping well for us at the moment and if he continues as well as he's going by the end of the season he could be competing for a first team place.

Reds U23 0 - 0 Seagulls U23
It ended scoreless in a game we was the better team but couldn't get past their goalkeeper Christos Mandos. Amara Nallo and Prince Kobe Cisse had three attempts each but couldn't make them count. It was our sixth draw in 11 games and to be able to climb the table we need to win these kind of games.
