An U23 team may increase the secondary rating on a player by 1
Maximum secondary rating a player may go to is 14
A qualifying player for this must be a qualified U23 player which means they have to be 23 years old or younger.
They then MUST BE rated 19 on the main rating for an outfield player or less. (23 for a goalkeeper)
