Sunderland U23 - Bournemouth U23

We get what feels like half the team back from suspension for this home fixture. This will help us try to get an early win in this group and set ourselves up to get through the group which is always our aim.

Wolverhampton Wanderers U23 - Brentford U23

So our next game is against Brentford. After losing to Liverpool in our last match if we want to progress we need to play better. Our players are really working hard since the start of the season in the league however they need to find some form in the cup. We've got a good squad of players now so it's a chance for other players to impress. We got to a cup final last season so it would be nice to do well this season in at least one of the cups as well.
