Re: Round 6 - Reaction
Arsenal 0-1 Wolves.
A great defensive performance got us this result. David Fofana's goal early in the game was enough for us to win against a very good side. Arsenal were a threat throughout and we had to work hard to get this result. The players shown today what they are capable of so hopefully this is the start of us getting our season back on track. Dan Ballard our captain was strong at the back and Ben Stephens had his best game since getting into the first team. Really proud of the players and hopefully this is the start of improved results.

Manchester United 1 - 1 Brighton
P_Pellegri (49) A_Webster (2)
i would rather win my home games but a point is better than none as long as we stay away from the bottom of the table aim this season is to stay up then build on that

Another draw. Once again, picking up the pieces from the randoms whilst I was away meant we changed the team around and we did okay. We had a lot of possession, but simply no end product.
My time at Brighton comes to an end, and we wish the new manager well as he continues the graft I've put in over the years, but actually bring some quality to the dugout that I've seemed to have lacked this season lol
Good luck Tony, and well played Neil. GG.

Re: Round 6 - Reaction
Sunderland 2 - 1 Aston Villa
Gigantic home win against the league leaders and a result I didn't remotely expect. Wissa took the winner well and Keto got peppered but saved them all - would have been a worthy man of the match.
Comes at a cost though - Slade came off very sore early and early indications are that he'll be out for 3 weeks which is a bloody shame as he's paying will beyond his 17 years in the last few games.
