Got it done with ten men, excellent result for us. But I'll have to have a chat to Waters here, getting sent off in the 8th minute for wailing on a bloke left his team vulnerable. Even if swinging on someone who's as much of a pest as Whitehead is... look, we can't be having that spontenaous MMA exhibition out there.
Reachy came off the bench for his first minutes of the season, he is going to be a great role model for our younger players and they'll be better for him being in and around the squad as they learn the trade. Looking to have that sort of model where there's a senior experienced player doing some coaching and guiding on matchday.

Brighton U23 1 - 1 Everton U23
What turned out to be my final game as Brighton U23 caretaker ended with a solid point against a decent Everton side. Despite Everton going down to 10 men fairly early, they dominated proceedings and we managed to nick a draw late on through Belmont.
GG David, even with 10 men you looked the better side. Hopefully Brighton will fare better under Tony's stewardship!
