another great result and performance from the lads in a hard fought match as we stay inside the top 10 and i would like to stay there if possible

Re: Round 19 Reaction
QPR 1-2 Aston Villa
Another good away win but one that came at a cost as we lose start striker Ansu Fati with injury for a game. It was him that opened the scoring early on to settle some nerves but was off 5 minutes later. Fortunately his replacement Luis Suarez grabbed a second and, despite them pulling one back, we held on for a creditable 3 points on the road - our 8th win in 10 away matches in the Super League this year.
With a lot of the chasing pack drawing this week we are now six points clear at the top as we move towards 20 games. Sill a long way to go in this title race and we could easily fall away but we've laid some great groundwork. We're 14 points inside the top three as well so hopefully that gives us a nice cushion there. We do still have away games against 4 of the top 6 so there may be an element of misleading in there but hopefully we can pick up points there and maintain the gap at least.
We're happy with how it's going - but a long way to go yet...
