Worthless Low Rated Players.

We have far too many low rated players that are not getting played and are basically worthless or very little value at all and this is both senior and U23 rosters.

To sort this we have decided that we need to act NOW and as such we will be removing all players that are rated 16 and below from senior teams and that are aged 25 and above from the ENDOF SEASON 24 (next season)

We will also be removing all players rated 15 and below from U23 teams from the ENDOF SEASON 24 (next season).

As a result we will be changing the FMFA SALES and BUYING and also SCOUTING etc to come in line. This will happen from next season. We will also be introducing 20 raters into FMFA Sales and Buying.

This then is a whole season notice.

We will be announcing the FMFA Sales & Buying Changes after end of season and closing the shop and Sales while it is all sorted and announced for a week or two.
We will be offering otions for the worthless players in the form of one of cash and also 3 for 1 swaps for a better player which @Fenris is looking at doing.

The benefits for us and managers is these will be gone and not hanging in the game.
It will streamline some squads and rosters will only be better players that might have a chance of playing.
All U23 players will be 16 raters and 16 years old or older going forward.

Please watch out for more announcements on how it will all happen but it has started with the goalkeepers which we did this season.
