2) Change To Random Requests
a) No Random Requests will be accepted after 6pm on a gameday.
b) No more than 3 random requests per manager allowed in a season.
c) Managers to be informed of any random requests and so any agreed requests will be posted in FMFA WhatsApp group chat (you can join on this link https://chat.whatsapp.com/HYOHNMtuvc81KRYVXEkRHb ) and in chat on the forum.
Other items will be added if and when any are agreed.

Had a look to see if any of the teams have changed as winners of the respective countries leagues/cups.
USA is the same except last season we let Seattle stay in Anglo Trophy as holders. As they are no longer holders of the Anglo Trophy they will be replaced by Philadelphia Union
Mexico the current champions are Cruz Azul FC so they will be Champs League. Monterrey who were both league and cup winners will be in Trophy as their current real life cup won't complete until mid December.
Brazil & Argentina are unchanged.

4) Random Requests, T Sheets and non sheeting in U23 will not have subs and tactics.
From Season 18 all randoms, T sheets and non sheeting teams in U23 will receive a sheet with no substitutions or tactics.
What that means is the starting eleven picked by the random sheet generator will play the whole game apart from where injured or sent off. It will mean the fitness will affect your team more over time if you continually don't sheet.
5) U23 Bonus Abs
As in previous seasons we will be continuing the earning of bonus abs for u23 teams.
This season though we are raising the rating limit to 20 from 19 and as we are now back to two leagues the bonus will be 50 abs a game.
so....
Play a player(s) rated 20 or under (24 or under for GK) for 60 minutes a league match and you will earn 50 bonus abs for your team.
Abs will be accumulated during the season and can be allocated at the end during pre-season.
This means Premier sides can earn a potential 1100 bonus abs and Division One sides 1200 bonus abs
