Brentford 1 - 1 Arsenal
Disappointing result, deserved the win and were the better team away from home. Villa managed a 1-0 win which moves them further away from us. We have been having a great season regardless of how it finishes but would be ideal if we can close the game on Villa when we play each other

Brighton 0-1 Aston Villa
We played a random and were countered so I was concerned but we managed the first half goal through Diogo Nascimiento and managed to hold on for a second straight 1-0 league win. Not often that European takes the points away from home so this was an interesting one with a new formation.
The win gives us a buffer of four points at the top to Arsenal in second place but, with six games to go, our next five are against other members of the top six. So it's going to be an absolutely crucial run. We have three of those games at home though (four home games in total) so hopefully we can use that to our advantage. We could be reigned back in easily - but we could also kill off other challenges as we go. Going to be an exciting finish
