Darlington vs Bromsgrove Sporting
This could not be a tougher start as we play a side who haven't played yet whilst we have fitness issues after extra time in midweek and are away from home. Trying to fit the players we have into a formation that will get something from this game is going to be very tricky. It may even be that we just let this one pass us by and restore the fitness for the next round.

We had a pleasing win in the week but this is the price we pay. It's an interesting challenge though in non league this season so we will give it our best - and we can't lose the league in round 1. I'd be very happy with a point

Solihull Moors - Buxton

So we start in the national league against Buxton, while a number of teams played mid week we had a buy in the cup which will hopefully help us. The moors have a very young squad this season however with wilson as captain and an experienced sub that will help the young lads and see them through. I've never managed this low down the leagues in my career so this is going to be a very interesting experience. I do believe however we've got some fantastic young players and I hav every faith that they can do a job for us this season. I want the lads to go out their and express themselves and show what they can do. I want them to play without fear and enjoy the chance they are being given. It is not often a manager gives this many young players a chance in one go so I am really hoping these lads will take full advantage of the chance they are getting and prove that age does not affect ability.

CHIPPENHAM TOWN - Dagenham and Redbridge

A new league kicks off in FMFA.
This could be interesting for the first few weeks as the teams all start on a fairly even setting.
No selection surprises because all first team players are available.
Saved penalties for a living and reffed for a bit.
Currently run EFLO, CoE and OFMC
