A game were we edged the stats but had to wait for the winner. After a scoreless first half we saw an action packes second half. Both teams went for the win and I’m greatful we managed to get the decisive goal. Andrea Formentini went on his own with thirteen minutes left of the game and scored from a wicked snap bender. A good opening day for us.

A comfortable win in a game we dominated against a non-sheeting Hornets side. Pleased how we controlled the game although we left it to the second half to get the goals.

We'll play better sides with more comitted managers over the season but getting points on the board early is pleasing as we look to come back after the disappointment of last seaosn
