Our first loss of the group campaign and it was a well deserved one. Our game was ruined when Talles Magno was sent off in the 12th minute. We fought bravely and held them on distance for a long time. But late in the game Gabriel Barbosa popped up to win the game for the home side.

We made very hard work of it in a home game against our group rivals but a win is a win and we needed it after the hiding off Leicester in round 2. Another defeat would have been a disaster so this keeps us in it.

The group is delicate with 3 teams on 6 points and Chelsea virtually gone on 0. The reverse against NY in a couple of weeks will be massive for us as will the trip to Leicester. Still - all to play for
