Rams U23 v Reds U23

U23 football is so difficult. You never know whos sheeting or not. The Rams manager got an excellent sheet record and we’re in for an hard away game. Our roster is good enough to fight for the title but we’re not there yet. Losing silly games against non sheeting teams. Can’t sit around watching the monitor if there’s a sheet or not. Let’s see if we can perform well against The Rams U23.

Villa vs Bournemouth

We're on a great run with the U23s having picked up 6 victories in a row following our opening defeat. We have qualified in the U23 cup and sit second in the league - with a 100% record and 0 goals against.

However, we know that this run will end at some point anf Bournemouth will be no push overs. We did beat them twice last year but they have a great manager and it will not be easy to see them off. They have some top players but so do we and this should be a really tough game

For us, new signing Iroegbunam will make his debut but other than that we continue to rotate the squad to maximise game time. Hopefully we will have enough to get the job done
