A late goal from Patson Daka earned us a very deserved win. We controlled the game was far better than the visitors but struggled to get ourselves on the scoresheet. They defended very well and made us work for the win. Happy we managed to get the result we wanted and I feel our hunt to defend the title has started very well.

Leicester 1-0 Villa
Surprise surprise - had the counter and lost 1-0. Shaded the game on the stats and definitely didn't deserve to lose but you don't always get what you deserve in this game.
Our 3rd defeat from 3 in the league and we can pretty much kiss our title hopes goodbye already. In fact, we may be in a relegation scrap - although we did manage to lose and climb 2 places. However, we have a gap of 4 points to 9th place already and can't let that get much wider! We have played 2 of the early top 3 so maybe we can start to claw it back soon. Our Anglo American form has been good so fingers crossed this is just another stumble.

Watford 0-3 Arsenal
A few rushed sheets due to being on holiday in Rhodes and this was another one. The good news is that it worked a dream and a team we usually struggle against were no match this time. Their red card won't have helped but this was a good win.
