SEASON 20 U23 SHEETING BONUSES

Ok then we want to try and give u23's a boost this season and hopefully get managers to sheet.

So First up we are going to give a Sheeting Bonuses.
There are 22 league games and we will be giving the chance to increase secondaries on u23 players for sheeting.
Sheet 15 games or more so just over two thirds of sheets and you get 1 to add
Sheet 18 games or more, so just over 80% of sheets and you will get 2 to add
Sheet all 22 (100% of sheets) and you will get 3 to add.
Rules are simple you MUST sheet on a league round and it counts. If you default to 442N by not sheeting then sorry it doesn't count. Unmanaged teams though will count on the 442N to be fair to managers coming in during a season to give them the chance to get the bonus and if they are unmanaged all season FMFA Admin will choose how to allocate their 3.
The allocation will be on one player or across up to 3 players depending on number secondaries earned.

Next we have decided to retain the earn abs for playing a player of certain ratings in the U23s and this season we are going to DOUBLE the bonus to 100abs.
RULES
Play an u23 player rated 20 or less (24 or less for goalkeepers) for 60 minutes or more in a league game and earn the bonus.
Please remember you all got a free 17 rated player as an xmas gift and 3 new players landed some of whom were 20 rated. So all teams have the players to achieve the bonus if they want too.
The bonus will accrue during the season and can be awarded at the end of the season as in previous season.
To earn the bonus you MUST SHEET. If you don't and the 442N default picks the team and you meet the criteria then you won't get the bonus that round.
Unmanaged teams will earn the bonus if they meet the criteria when the random 442N picks the teams.

So Guys and Ladies it is worth sheeting this season as you could potentially earn 2200abs to allocate to your u23 players and 3 secondaries to add.
